Romeo's Gourmet Chocolate ships from NY.
Most orders placed Monday–Wednesday are shipped within 1–3 days, based on availability. To maintain their quality, our chocolate covered pretzels should not be en route longer than 2 days, from the time they leave our facility until they reach their recipient. Any orders received later than noon on Wednesdays may be postponed for shipping until the following Monday (depending on destination and shipping method chosen) to avoid having them sit at a UPS hub over the weekend..
Delivery Locations
When shipping to a company, office building, or apartment building, you must include a suite number, floor number or apartment number. We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Always ship to a location where you know the recipient will be available to receive the package, such as their work place. UPS may leave gifts at a destination where no one is home. Keep in mind, our gifts are perishable and should not be exposed to the elements, especially in very warm or very cold conditions
Summer Shipping Policy:
We specifically package our pretzels to guarantee it will arrive in perfect condition even in the hottest climates. Please select overnight delivery for warm weather destination where temperatures exceed 60 F. We cannot be held responsible for melting of product when overnight delivery is not accepted. We do ship our chocolate covered pretzels year round, and we want to ensure that your purchase arrives in good condition. During the warmer months, March thru September, we will pack your chocolates with a gel cold pack (shipping and handling charges shown at checkout include a $4 charge for the gel pack). Further, during these months we can only guarantee UPS ground to the following states within a one-day radius of NY: (NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, DE, MD, and Eastern PA ). Please note that this does not mean your order will arrive the next day after it is placed. Next Day Air refers to the method of shipping/time in transit. Normal order processing time will apply.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your order, please call Romeo's Gourmet Chocolate at 1-888-661-6899 or email emilio@romeosgourmetchocolate.com within 24 hours after placing your order . Be sure to include your name, person receiving gift and order number. A 5-10% cancellation fee may apply. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled |
